的Maryhill and Hilltopper Heights Apartments were constructed in two phases. 的Maryhill Apartments were constructed in 1996 and house 172 residents. They are named after Maryhill College, an all women’s college that was previously part of St. 365比分网电竞. The second phase, Hilltopper Heights, was constructed in 1999 and houses 174 residents. They are affectionately named after the St. 爱德华的 mascot, the Hilltopper.
的Maryhill and Hilltopper Heights Apartments provide a unique opportunity for students to create their own space by offering the feel of independent off campus living with all of the amenities of living on campus. Because these apartments are unfurnished, residents have the opportunity to show their style by furnishing and decorating their apartment as they please.

所有公寓住户 required to establish an account with the City of Austin for electricity and clean community service. One resident in each apartment will be responsible for setting up service with the city and paying the electric bill. This service is not included in the housing rate.
